Wood Core: Traditional WOOD CORE constructions offer a natural blend of energy, liveliness, and stability.
Rectangular Sidewall: Rectangular Sidewall constructions feature a horizontal layering of core materials (wood, fiberglass, metal, etc.) combined with full-length vertical sidewalls to deliver optimized edge grip, precision, balance, and power.
Centered Sidecut: A very short, shallow sidecut underfoot gives grip and power in the very center of the ski while freeing the tip and tail for liveliness. Fun, control and versatility.
I first demoed these at my local resort and fell in love and had to buy them. L9 had them at a great price and even mounted the binding for me. I just started skiing this season and bought these end of season so these are good for beginner skiers too.
Daughter loves these skis and how playful they are regardless of the conditions here in the PNW.
I have needed new gear for quite sometime now, but it's never been the right season. I have demo'd several paros over the last few seasons looking for the right fit but nothing impressed me. These skis are a dream- they cruise, carve and can pop fast. No trips through powder yet for the southwest as we're still dry but I have no doing they'll float well.
