    The Maze is a favorite among the L9 Crew. Still one of the lightest helmets on the market today, the Maze will not disappoint. It is the lowest profile helmet that Smith offers making it quite popular with the Terrain Park crowd (basically because it is the closest feeling to not wearing a helmet at all).     • ABS Plastic Shell:ABS, short for Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene, is a lightweight, injection molded plastic that is highly durable and impact resistant.
    • Hybrid In-Mold Construction:Combining the lightness of In-Mold injection with the protection and ventilation of a bulkier shell. Basically, the best helmets.
    • X-Static Performance Lining:A silver coated textile fiber that enhances products with permanent and natural anti-odor, anti-static and thermo-dynamic properties.
    • Self-Adjusting Lifestyle Fit System:Instead of a dial system with moving parts that can fail on you, this helmet has an elastic band in the back that will expand to a range of head sizes. This makes for a snugger, more accurate fit without having to manually adjust it.
    • MIPS Helmet Technology:MIPS - Multi-Directional Impact Protection System MIPS is a step forward in helmet design. There are three main components to a MIPS-equipped helmet: the interior foam liner, the Low Friction Liner and an elastomeric attachment system between them. In an angled impact, the elastomeric attachment system stretches to allow the foam liner to rotate independently around your head. The goal of this technology is to further reduce rotational forces.
