The Mach1 110 is for advanced skiers looking for a comfortable boot with a stiff 110 flex for aggressive skiing that can be adjusted by toggling the switch on the spine of the boot. The Mach1 also has a middle of the road last that measures between 100-103mm depending on the size. This boot has all the bells and whistles needed in a boot these days like a beefy 45mm power strap, micro adjust buckles and the new anatomically correct CAS (Custom Adaptive Shape) liner which will keep your feet stable and comfortable all the live long day. We recommend this boot to advanced to expert skiers looking for a comfortable but more performance oriented boot.

This chart provides a safe comfortable size that most all skiers will be able to use. If you are looking for a true skier's performance fit you may want to size down one half to one full size smaller. For most ski boots, the full (.0) size uses the same shell and liner as the half (.5) size (like, 25.0 and 25.5) and will have almost an identical fit.

Description

Details

100mm last: A performance width for advanced recreational skiers all the way up to expert level skiers. This is also suitable for skiers with narrower than average feet.

110 Flex Rating: This boot is too stiff for beginners, and would be a very aggressive fit for intermediates. 110 flex is going to be a stiff and performance oriented shell that is recommend for advanced/expert skiers who need a very responsive boot.

Instep Catch: The instep catch is on a hinge allowing it to adjust for better pressure distribution and closure. It can pivot away from the shell allowing the shell to spread without interference allowing easy entry and exit.

Quick Instep: A softer piece of plastic is co-molded in the instep area that results in an easy-entry and easy-exit instep that is guaranteed to make the beginning and end of your day much more enjoyable.

Cuff Alignment: The cuff of this boot is beyond adjustable. It aligns the cuff to follow the shape of the skiers' lower leg, increasing comfort and enhancing performance.

Bi component shell: Two different densities of plastic used to keep the boot stiff and able to perform at high speeds, yet softer in specific areas to make them easier to put on and take off.

Fleece Lining: This boot sports a fleece lining to add extra warmth to the foot. It also adds a great deal of comfort as the lining breaks in and forms around the foot.

Micro-adjustable aluminum buckles: These aluminum buckles can be moved to adjust for size, so if the default position of the buckle and the teeth is too wide or too narrow, you can move it until it fits.

Replaceable Toe and Heel Pads: This is a must-have for skiers that don't live in ski in/ski out condos. When your ski tech tells you that you have to buy new boots because the soles are worn down too much, just laugh at him and tell him to order you a new set of sole plates.

45mm Strap: Super wide strap found on high performance boots. The extra width spreads out the force while skiing and reduces the pressure point on the upper shin.

Thermo-moldable Liner: These liners can be pre-molded before you ski, by warming the up and walking around, or you can mold them over time simply by skiing in them. The liner can be remolded multiple times, as well!

C.A.S. Liner : Custom Adaptive Shape. A boot construction technology using two layers of dual density material to create a mold of the foot. This extremely precise shape provides a perfect fit with excellent retention/compression of the foot from the first wearing. Thermoforming of the boot is also possible and the outer part can be milled. 360° boot fitting technology.

i-Rebound Flex Adjust: i-Rebound features a metal plate that attaches the cuff to the lower with four metal-to-metal connection points. The i-Rebound provides forward flex resistance and power rebound as well as rear support.
