Don’t let the FatCat’s aerodynamic shape fool you. This snow kitten can easily and securely pack 6 pairs of skis or 4 snowboards in its powerful jaws. And as a bonus, it's super easy to open and load with gloves on!

Fits Yakima Round, Square, Factory and Aero Bars: This rack will fit easily on most types of crossbars (Round, Square, Factory and Aerodynamic). There is appropriate hardware included in the box for each type of of crossbar.

Easy Installation: This rack can be installed tool free on to your roof racks in 10 minutes. It just doesn't get any quicker and easier than that!

Universal Mounting Hardware: Universal built-in hardware fits round, square, factory and aerodynamic crossbars right out of the box.

6 Pair Skis, 4 Snowboard Capacity: This rack is big enough to easily fit 6 pairs of skis or 4 snowboards without much hassle. Now you'll have more room for your friends inside your car!

SKS Locks Included: This rack has built in SKS locks so you can secure your gear from theft or the racks flying open on the highway. You can also switch out these locks with SKS lock kits so you can use one key to rule them all on your Yakima products.

Base Roof Rack Required: This rack requires a base roof rack. It is compatible with most factory crossbars and of course yakima round bars.

Double Joint Hinge System: This rack features Yakima's Double Joint Hinge System where there is actually a hinge on the outside that allows the rack to slightly expand to better accomodate fat skis. The last thing you want to do after a long day skiing is fiddle with your ski rack for 20 minutes!

Integrated Ski Lift: This rack can actually lift up on one side for better roof clearance for snowboards or skis with tall bindings. A reason to get a roof rack is to protect your car, inside and out, so this features helps acheive that when you have bigger or unique sized gear.
